Rue de France
Rue de France was once the only true competition to French Country Living. Acting as art director for this monthly country living catalog I worked closely with the client attending product meetings to render spread layouts in pencil and marker first — working with coveted photographer Ira Garber on both studio and location shoots.
The magazine is now retired, after being bought by Lillian Vernon, looking back, this was one of the more challenging and satisfying projects of my career. I worked on this quarterly magazine for 8 years, here a just a couple of examples.
